I’m Jacqueline Hilliard, a UI/UX designer based in Upstate New York with a background in Graphic Design.

I’ve always been drawn to both creativity and problem-solving, which led me to pursue degrees in Graphic Design and Human-Computer Interaction. 

There’s something incredibly fulfilling about figuring out how people think and interact with technology—and then designing something that makes their experience more enjoyable.

My interest in UI/UX started thanks to a mentor in community college who noticed my passion for both graphics and technology. She introduced me to the world of user experience, and I’ve been hooked ever since. The ability to blend design, psychology, and technology to create something truly user-friendly keeps me excited about this field.

When I’m not designing, you can usually find me analyzing UI choices in video games or on a quest to find the best hot chocolate in town.
